The Troup County Archives is the official repository for the Troup County School System. Records are transferred annually in accordance with Federal, State, and Local policies.
The Troup County Archives holds transcript and cumulative files for former students of Callaway High School, East Depot High School, Harrison High School, Hogansville High School, LaGrange High School, Troup County High School, West Point High School, and other Troup County public schools.
The Archives does not hold private school records such as Dawson Street Academy, Lafayette Christian School, LaGrange Academy, or Sound Doctrine Academy.
Troup County Archives partners with Parchment.com to securely provide copies of school records. Transcripts and other school records may be electronically sent directly to the student, school, employer, or other individuals approved by the learner.

School record requests are subject to the Georgia Open Records Act (O.C.G.A. §50-18-70 et seq.) and will receive a response within three business days.
Troup County Archives’ Fees
The state of Georgia authorizes that an institution (Troup County Archives) may require a fee for the work and cost of locating an open records request. Troup County Archive’s fee is determined by O.C.G.A. § 50-18-71 (c), with no charge for the first fifteen minutes of work performed for the records request.

- Transcript Request: $10.00 per transcript
- Records Request: $5.00 per request
- Photocopies: $ .10 per page
- Certified Copies: $10.00 per copy
- Notarized Copies: $2.00 per notarization
The minimum fee is $5.00 for each request.
Each page of records that are photocopied are 10 cents per page.
